Teresa Jennings qualified as a Nurse before training as an actress, she also has a BA Hons in French and Drama.

Shakespearian roles have included Ariel (The Tempest), Maria (Twelfth Night), Gertrude (Hamlet), and Quince (Mid-Summer Night's Dream) for The Cambridge Shakespeare Festival. Maureen (The Beauty Queen of Leenane), Dr. Pitt (Wild East) at The Bloomsbury and tour for Not The National Theatre. Mrs Prim in The Woman Hater at The Orange Tree. St Joan (Paul Robeson Theatre). Teresa co-wrote and performed in "Marie and Vesta", a two woman show based on the lives of Marie Lloyd and Vesta Tilley, which has performed up and down the country. "No-One Has Ever Complained Before" is Teresa's one woman show which she wrote and continues to perform, it was a sell out success at The Gilded Balloon, The Edinburgh Festival 2006 and will go to The Liverpool Irish Festival in 2009.

Teresa wrote and performed in the three-hander "X S Baggage" at last year's TCP fest., which was recommended to Armstrong and Miller. Teresa is one of the founder members of Isleworth Actors which has just received an Awards for All Lottery Grant to stage a new version of Wind in the Willows for Isleworth Actors, opening April 23rd. Teresa will play Ratty. A keen flautist, Teresa plays with "The Elastic Band" in St Margarets where she lives on her houseboat.
